Michael Ciarletta -
President
Michael has played key roles with
various companies in the computer training
industry since 1988. His roles have included
sales, account management, business development,
operations management, training director, and
vice president of services. He specializes in
establishing alliances with key industry leaders
to provide the most effective solutions for
clients. Michael is recognized amongst his peers
and customer contacts as an advocate for the
client’s needs. His various roles have also
provided him the opportunity to develop clear
business processes that help in managing a
successful training program. Michael’s current
role as President of ITS involves strategic
planning, business development, sales /
marketing, account management and operations.
Beth Sneddon - CEO
Beth’s career in the computer industry began
with selling personal computers, software and
peripherals in 1982. The majority of her
experience lies in project management,
specifically with IT, training and automation
projects. Beth has been the senior project
manager for many projects, including a sales
force automation rollout with a training budget
exceeding nine million dollars. Throughout her
career, Beth has been involved in many large
scale training programs for internal and
external clients. Her experience has resulted in
the unique ability to understand and translate
the client’s needs to help identify scope and
clear objectives for each project. She has also
worked extensively with vendors to manage
ongoing support services, including external
help desks, software development, C/S Migrations
and training programs. Beth’s current role as
CEO includes responsibility for resource
management, project management, and finances at
ITS.
Melanie Diggett -
Director of Logistics
Melanie has been involved in the computer
training industry since 1995. Her roles have
included operations management, logistics
management, HR, accounting and training
coordination. Melanie’s current role as Director
of Logistics for ITS involves resource/logistics
management and training program operations. She
specializes in the day-to-day operations of
keeping the programs running effectively and
efficiently. Melanie has provided this insight
into the LMS to make it intuitive in nature and
to provide that human element.
