How do I access the BSI LMS?
You may access the BSI LMS directly at http://bsilearn.itsinc-us.com   Please save this link to your favorites list so you can revisit often and learn about future training offerings and upgrades.

How do I login to the BSI LMS?
You can login using your email address and the password provided to you via email. If you experience a problem seeing the page after you login, please click the REFRESH button on your browser; this should bring you back to the welcome page. 

How do I change my Password?
Your password can be changed within your profile.  To access your profile, log in to the LMS and click the ‘Change your profile’ link located in the Your Account section on the left.  We recommend changing the system generated password you may have received upon login.

What if I lost my Password?
Your password can be reset using the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link located in the Log In section on the left.  You will be prompted to enter your email address and click Next.  The system will email you with a password reset link.  Clicking this link within your email will direct you to a password reset screen within the LMS. Please note that, for security reasons, the emailed link is only valid for 15 minutes.

How do I get a user account if I don't already have one?
If you do not have a profile in our LMS, click on the Create Profile link to create a new profile and log in.
If you try to create a new profile but receive the message, "email address already exists", please email us at solutions.msamericas@bsigroup.com to obtain your password.

How do I access my courses?
Upon enrollment, your online courses are available via your Student screen. To access your Student Screen, log in to the LMS and cleck the 'Student' link located on the top menu.

What if I am having trouble viewing certain areas of the system?
The LMS requires the use of pop-ups to launch eLearning courses, complete course evaluations and other common activities.  If you are using a pop-up blocker, please disable it when using the LMS.

I completed an eLearning course but my Transcript does not show it as completed; why is there no score shown?
You must first complete the quiz and receive a score before the course will be listed as completed.

Please be sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled, and that you do not exit the course before the results window appears. That is the only way that your transcript will show that you have completed an eLearning course.

How do I complete a course evaluation?
You can evaluate Instructor-led training (ILT) courses once a course has been completed.  In your Student screen (accessible by top menu), click on the ‘Enter Evaluation’ icon located next to the class.

How do I create a Certificate of Completion?
You may create a Certificate once an e-Learning course has been marked as completed and the score registered is equal or greater to the mastery score (if applicable).  If you meet these criteria, go to your Student screen (accessible by top menu), click  on the ‘Make Certificate’ icon located next to the class.
