company's holdings include two electric
utilities serving more than 2.8 million

ITS has partnered with Progress Energy's
training and technical management departments to
create custom programs, including OO, Java, Web
Development, .NET and proprietary programs. We
have created custom roadmaps and role-based
training curriculums for technical employees.
Our team designed and managed a dedicated
learning portal for students and managers to
access specific information about learning
programs. In addition, we created and
implemented marketing campaigns for proprietary
programs and manage scheduling of training
events. Overall, ITS provided cost effective
solutions resulting in up to a 40% cost savings
from the previous year.
