ITS offers two deployment models for the LMS:

Hosted
A Hosted LMS resides on servers managed by ITS in a state of the art data center and is accessed over the internet. This is a great solution for organizations that want to minimize infrastructure, reduce IT costs, speed up deployment and increase their level of support.

Distributed
A Distributed LMS resides on servers located behind your corporate firewall and can be accessed either over the internet or from your corporate intranet. This solution is best suited for organizations looking to manage all IT systems internally and integrate with existing HR and other ERP solutions.

If you choose to deploy the LMS using the Hosted Model the only technical requirement is that you have a browser installed. The LMS supports the following browsers:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 w/SP 2 or newer
Netscape 6.0 or newer
Opera 5.0 or newer
JavaScript must be enabled
