is Planning! Training has many complexities, and to ensure success, you
must start early to ensure that all aspects are accounted for, tested
and proven to work when it comes time to deliver your program. ITS has
assisted numerous organizations in planning and implementing successful training
and education programs.
Program Management: Our team of training experts work directly
with your team to manage all aspects of each training program including
custom design and development, curriculum planning and training
delivery.
Quality Plan: Our team will define a quality plan with you for
all training programs and events. We recommend conducting periodic
surveys and audits to ensure quality standards are being met.
Schedule Management: ITS is able to develop and manage all
aspects of your training event schedules. This includes management of
all types of training events, registrations, waitlists, facilities,
vendor and resource availability. Good scheduling helps to ensure that
your audiences needs are met in a just-in-time approach, which drives
down costs and increases consistency.
Performance Support Tools: By implementing many training
programs, ITS has seen the value of offering support tools as part of
your training program. These support tools can vary based on your
program needs; we’ve listed a few that we’ve used successfully in past
implementations. After defining your specific training needs, ITS will
suggest a set of support tools that we feel will work best for your
